A 30-day refund policy for a hair curler typically means that you can return the product within 30 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in good condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges. All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.
